SHIPPING TIMES AND COST
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and fulfillment before receiving a shipping confirmation with tracking information from the shop.
USPS does seem to be taking longer in shipping, so purchasing 2-day shipping may not guarantee that you will receive your package in two days after it ships.
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking number. Please keep this email to reference and track your shipment.
MISSING PACKAGES:
Liv Co. is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but are "not received." It is the responsibility of the customer to track these down. Please check with your neighbors, next to your porch, or your back door. Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down your packages on our end.
Liv Co. is also not responsible for stolen packages. Your best course of action is to file a police report and submit a claim via your home or rental insurance.
Packages lost by USPS can only be replaced after 21 days of non-movement in your tracking history. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
Once we've shipped out your order, we will do our best to assist, but please reach out to the carrier first or call 1-800-275-8777 for USPS support with any shipping delays or problems.
Recipient-initiated investigations tend to bring about a smoother process, so Liv Co. will not be able to open an investigation on your behalf.
ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE:
We offer Route shipping insurance for all of our customers! It's something that can be added to your order during checkout. If you choose to not use Route shipping insurance, your package will not be protected against being Lost, Stolen or Damaged.
PACKAGES WITH INSUFFICIENT/INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is used when placing your order. Please double check your shipping address when ordering. You will also receive a confirmation email after placing your order that will show your shipping address as you entered it. If that address has any discrepancies, please respond that confirmation email immediately to correct the shipping address before we process and ship your order.
Packages that are returned to Liv Co. due to insufficient or incorrect address can be shipped back out to the customer with the correct address, but the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We charge a $5 flat rate fee to re-send a returned package in this situation.
You should expect your order to ship within 2-4 business days, unless noted otherwise.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to orders, such as color changes, order cancelations, etc.
Overnight shipping: is a flat rate of $49.95. If you place your order on a regular business day before 10am MST, it will be sent over night and you will receive it the following day. Overnight shipping orders placed after 10am MST, will be shipped out the following business day. If you place your order on any weekend day, it will not be processed until the next business day. PLEASE NOTE: USPS usually guarantees overnight shipments to most zip codes. There are only a few exceptions when they can not deliver the next day, and instead only offer a 2-day delivery service. We will try our best to notify you ASAP if your overnight shipment falls into one of those excluded zip codes to provide you with any other option we can.
Once your shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to its destination. Liv Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has been delivered. We highly recommend purchasing Route Shipping at checkout to insure any lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping: We do not ship internationally right now, but we hope to in the future.
