Refund policy


Sometimes things just don't work out, and we understand that! That is why you have 30 days from when your order was purchased to return your unused item(s). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please contact us via email prior to returning your package and confirm return eligibility. If you choose to send back an item that has already exceeded the 30 day refund policy, we will be returning to sender without accountability of shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items: When specified in the description, sale item can not be refunded.


If It's a simple exchange, you will be responsible for return shipping. If The item is defective or damaged, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can not return and exchange items after 30 days. We will replace Defective or damaged items in a case by case basis.

Price Adjustment 
If a sale or discount is offered within 72 hours of your original purchase, we will be happy to price adjust for you. Outside of that 72 window, the original purchase price will remain the same. 


Lost or Stolen item's

We are more than happy to assist you with your lost or stolen items, but unfortunately we do not offer refunds on items that are stolen or lost. We suggest adding Route shipping insurance to your order. By doing so, it protects against lost, stolen or damaged items!  If you have any questions please email [email protected]

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
